There are free and confidential sessions with mental health practitioners where young people are invited to come and talk about any issues they may be having. Sessions are every Monday 3-6pm at the KYC, 12-22 Kilburn High Road, London NW6 5UH. To book a slot, call 020 7722 9771 or pop into the centre.
Sort Out Stress
This is an NHS project in Camden run by a team of clinical psychologists aiming to help young men who are stressed, anxious, down or have any other personal problems. You can get in touch through the Sort Out Stress website.
The Brandon Centre
